Schedule and learning format
All teaching is delivered live, either online or in person. You apply the content in guided exercises and can discuss questions directly with your trainer. We agree the course schedule, dates and delivery arrangements with you before the course starts. The Odoo learning portal provides course information and materials; there are no asynchronous teaching units. Four topic modules and four live sessions over ten weeks, with a personal initial assessment and a final progress check.

Mandatory funding advice and eligibility checks are provided by an official KOMPASS advisory centre. Only make a binding booking after the qualification voucher has been issued. Training must include at least 20 hours; not every offer meets this condition. Funding eligibility is assessed individually.
Frequently asked questions about this course
How does coaching differ from the General Business English course?
Coaching centres on your personal workplace communication goals. General Business English covers several common situations, whereas the coaching focus is agreed with you. This is particularly useful for recurring difficulties or a specific task. Your starting level, objectives and timeframe are discussed before booking.
Can I bring my own emails, conversations or presentations?
These examples can help make your learning goals specific. Agree beforehand which materials are suitable and how much work they require. Use only material you are allowed to share or that has been anonymised. Coaching supports language development; it does not provide technical or legal approval of your workplace documents.
I have an important conversation coming up. Can we prepare specifically for it?
A particular date is a useful starting point for the consultation. Explain the situation, who you will speak with, your intended outcome and the time available. We can then assess which language tasks coaching can address. This does not imply guaranteed short-notice availability or a particular outcome from the conversation.
How can I get feedback without being interrupted every time I speak?
The feedback approach should support your learning goal. Discuss whether you prefer immediate guidance during an exercise or a review afterwards. Personal feedback is part of the coaching offer. What matters is understanding which expressions already work and identifying the specific areas you should develop next.
Can coaching improve my industry-specific vocabulary?
Workplace tasks and individual confidence in expression are part of the approach. Describe your industry and typical communication situations beforehand so that scope and suitability can be assessed. Specialist language can then be connected with the purpose of the conversation. Coaching does not replace professional training in your field.
How much teaching is included in the ten-week coaching programme?
The course description specifies four topic modules and four live sessions over ten weeks. Ten weeks is the programme period; it does not mean daily support. Session lengths, distribution and your timetable are agreed before booking. A personal initial assessment and a final progress check are part of the approach.
How will I know whether I am making progress?
Observable goals are useful, such as explaining a project update, answering a follow-up question or making an email clearer. The personal initial assessment and final progress check provide reference points. Agree beforehand which situations should be reviewed. Progress does not automatically mean moving up an entire CEFR level.
Will coaching give me a C1 or Cambridge certificate?
After meeting the completion requirements, you receive an EasyELEarning Academy course certificate. Coaching is not an external Cambridge examination and does not automatically certify C1 or another CEFR level. If you need a specific language qualification for work or study, mention that requirement during the initial consultation.
