Frequently asked questions about this course

Is Quality Specialist a suitable starting point without quality-management experience?

The course provides foundations for contributing to quality management and quality assurance. It is intended, among others, for people working in production, services and administration. We discuss your existing knowledge and objectives before booking; being able to describe workflows and recurring problems in your work area is helpful.

What is the difference between quality assurance and inspection?

Inspection assesses specific outputs against requirements. Quality assurance also considers whether processes reliably produce suitable results. The course connects process understanding, evidence and handling deviations so that quality is addressed throughout the workflow, rather than only at the end of a task.

Are the contents relevant to services and administration?

Yes. Service and administrative staff are explicitly included in the target group. Requirements, handoffs, processing errors and traceable evidence matter in those settings as well as in manufacturing. You learn to understand a process and handle deviations systematically without requiring a technical production example.

Will I learn how to address recurring errors?

Deviations, causes, quality assurance and improvement are included in the learning content. The course helps you describe a problem clearly and consider possible causes in an organised way. An individual error report can then become a starting point for a verifiable improvement to the affected workflow.

How much teaching is included in 32 units?

The offer comprises 32 teaching units, equivalent to approximately 24 hours. The detailed schedule is agreed before the course begins. Ask about how the units are distributed and how completion is organised so that you can plan the training alongside your professional commitments.

How does this course differ from the QMB course?

Quality Specialist establishes foundations for contributing to quality and process work. The QMB course focuses more on coordinating a quality management system through roles, documentation, indicators and improvement actions. The appropriate level therefore depends primarily on the responsibilities you are expected to take on.

Does completing the course automatically qualify me as an internal auditor?

The Academy course certificate confirms completion of this foundation course. It is not automatic qualification for every auditing task. If you are expected to conduct internal audits, the necessary knowledge, practical experience and your organisation’s requirements should be considered separately.

Which certificate will I receive, and how can I use it professionally?

After meeting the specified completion requirements, you receive an EasyELEarning Academy course certificate. It documents the foundations covered for your professional development. Subsequent responsibilities are agreed with your employer; course completion does not guarantee a particular position or level of pay.
