What you will be able to do
- Document processing activities and data flows.
- Distinguish departmental responsibilities from management and DPO duties.
- Organise data subject requests, responsibilities and deadlines.
- Review safeguards and processor evidence against identified risks.
- Escalate incidents and potential DPIA requirements promptly.
- Design a short awareness activity with a measurable learning objective.
Included services
Ten modules cover fundamentals, roles, processing records, data subject rights, safeguards, incidents, DPIA support, cookies and marketing, awareness and practical casework. Digital materials, guided exercises, one initial final assessment attempt and certificate issuance after successful completion are included.
The delivery plan comprises two training days including the 90-minute final assessment. Breaks and daily times are specified in your offer. Classroom delivery includes refreshments and professional exchange; accommodation is not included.
Assessment and completion
A 45-minute knowledge test with 30 single-choice questions and a 45-minute written case assessment, each weighted at 50%. Passing requires at least 70% overall, at least 60% in each compulsory part and the minimum scores for critical criteria specified in the programme.
Prerequisites and planning
No specific prior certificate is required. Basic knowledge of business processes and sufficient language skills for technical texts and casework are expected. We review your background and objectives before booking.
What the credential represents
An Academy course qualification under ELA-PRG-DSK, revision 1.0. It does not appoint you as a DPO and is not an accredited ISO/IEC 17024 personnel certification or a PECB certification. Scope, award decision and validity follow the published programme.
