Book the complete course as live online training or in-person training. Both formats follow the same syllabus. The two-day course covers the foundations and prepares you for the PECB exam; the exact exam date will be agreed.

Materials, assessment and credential
The package includes official PECB materials, training in your booked format, registration and the fee for your first PECB exam attempt. After passing the exam, you can apply for the relevant PECB credential. The credential requires a passed exam and compliance with the applicable PECB requirements.
Additional option: 4 hours of exam preparation
The information about multi-day training applies to the full online and in-person courses. The €650 preparation option includes four hours of live exam preparation for participants studying the subject independently. It does not replace a full PECB course. Please agree materials and exam booking with us in advance.

Teaching and examination language
Teaching languages: German, English or Hungarian. The selected teaching language is confirmed when scheduling the course. Hungarian is a teaching language for this PECB course only and is not a promised examination language. The examination language and the language of official PECB materials are agreed separately before booking.

Mandatory funding advice and eligibility checks are provided by an official KOMPASS advisory centre. Only make a binding booking after the qualification voucher has been issued. Training must include at least 20 hours; not every offer meets this condition. Funding eligibility is assessed individually.
Frequently asked questions about this course
Is ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation a coding or prompting course?
No. You learn AI management system fundamentals: requirements, responsibility and systematic oversight of AI use.
Is it relevant if we only buy or use AI?
Yes. ISO/IEC 42001 also addresses organisations that use AI. Developing your own models is not a prerequisite for an AI management system.
Do I need an AI or audit certificate first?
No. PECB lists no formal prerequisites for Foundation. The course builds a shared foundation for specialist and organisational roles.
Does the course automatically make us compliant with the EU AI Act?
No. Training is not a legal conformity assessment. Obligations depend on the specific AI system and your role and need separate assessment.
What can I understand better in an AI project after Foundation?
You can discuss management requirements, roles, risks and improvement needs more systematically.
Does the certificate apply to me or to our organisation?
It concerns your knowledge. The Foundation credential requires passing the PECB exam; it does not certify your organisation.
How long does the complete introductory course take?
Foundation at EasyELEarning Academy takes two days including the exam. You can attend live online or in person; dates are agreed with you.
Can our Hungarian-speaking team attend together?
Hungarian is available as a teaching language for this PECB course. We confirm group dates, exam and material languages before booking; a Hungarian exam is not promised.
