Day one introduces the core concepts of an ISMS. Day two covers requirements including internal audits, management review and improvement. The PECB course outline schedules the exam for day two.

For professionals, managers, consultants and anyone getting started in information security management. PECB has no formal prerequisites.
Examination and personal credential
After passing the exam, you can apply to become a PECB Certificate Holder in ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Foundation under PECB's requirements. This includes agreeing to the PECB Code of Ethics.
